She started her career in the high-tech industry where she was on the founding team that developed technologies that generated multimillion dollar revenues. Her interest in medical technology started at a very young age, and Ms. Feng-Grubb founded LifeScience PLUS with the vision to create innovative products to help physicians treat patients in settings where other therapies were not effective. The BloodSTOP portfolio is the culmination of her vision to create truly innovative medical products. Ms. Feng-Grubb holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Union University.

Audrey Vitale
Director of QA/QMS; Regulatory Affairs Advisor
Ms. Vitale has 17 years of experience in medical device regulation, including product approvals in the US and EU, and quality system compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EU Medical Device Directive, and FDA Quality System Regulation.

Ms. Vitale joined LifeScience PLUS after 9 years as Regulatory Affairs Director for Ultracell Medical Technologies, an ophthalmology and ENT device manufacturer, where she was responsible for regulatory affiars, quality assurance, product and manufacturing validation, and quality system development and compliance. Prior to working in the medical device field, Ms. Vitale was a process engineer for Corning, Inc. in their optical fiber manufacturing division. Ms. Vitale has a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, with certification in US Regulatory Affairs.

Lason Magallones
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Magallones brings 33 years of medical service and medical device experience to LSP. As a retired US Air Force Senior Non-Commissioned Officer serving 21 years in the Cardiopulmonary Laboratory, Critical Air Transport Team, and Expeditionary Medical Forces, Lason brings a wealth of medical knowledge to LSP.

Stephen Grubb, Ph.D.
Chief scientific officer
Stephen Grubb received his Ph.D. from Cornell University in Chemical Physics. Dr. Grubb has had a long, distinguished career in telecommunications where most recently as Global Optical Architect for Facebook/Meta he helped design and build a global undersea fiber communications network connecting 5 continents. He had published over 125 scientific papers and holds over 75 issued US patents.

He is also the Emil Tanagho Endowed Chair in Clinical Urology, and the founder of the UCSF Knuppe Molecular Urology Laboratory. He has been practicing medicine for 45 years, and is affiliated with both San Francisco General Hospital Medical Center and UCSF Medical Center Parnassus.
Dr. Lue was the recipient of the American Urological Association’s Gold Cystoscope Award, and the AUA President Citation Award. He is also the recipient of the “Donier’s Most Innovative Research Award” from the American Foundation of Urological Diseases and the MERIT Award from NIDDK, NIH. Dr. Lue chaired the International Consultation on Sexual Medicine in Paris in 2003, and was the honorary president of the same in 2007. In 2016, he was awarded the John Lattimer Medal and presented the Lattimer lecture at the AUA annual meeting.
Dr. Lue graduated with highest honors from the Kaohsiung Medical College in Taiwan in 1972. He received surgical residency training at Macky Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan and Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, New York (1973-1978) followed by urologic residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn (1978-1981). He completed a neurourology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco in 1982.

In 2001, Dr. Lin joined the University of California, San Francisco, Department of Urology as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow. He was promoted to Assistant Researcher in 2005, to Assistant Professor in 2007, and to Associate Professor in 2010. In China, Dr. Lin received numerous awards from the Shandong Ministry of Health, and from Peking University. He has also received recognition for his UCSF research, including the 2002 Outstanding Young Researcher award, given by the International Society for Sexual and Impotence Research. Dr. Lin conducts research in the UCSF Urology Laboratory and has authored or co-authored over 100 publications.
