She started her career in the high-tech industry where she was on the founding team that developed technologies that generated multimillion dollar revenues. Her interest in medical technology started at a very young age, and Ms. Feng-Grubb founded LifeScience PLUS with the vision to create innovative products to help physicians treat patients in settings where other therapies were not effective. The BloodSTOP portfolio is the culmination of her vision to create truly innovative medical products. Ms. Feng-Grubb holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing Union University.

She has extensive experience in regulatory compliance and quality systems, as well as pre- and post-market activities in the U.S., EU, Canada, and other global markets, with a particular focus on global regulatory strategy and market expansion. Prior to joining LifeScience PLUS, Ms. Hurley served in both consulting and management roles for leading medical device companies, where she specialized in quality system remediation, global registrations, and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, including the EU MDR. She is also a strong clinical regulatory writer with a background in clinical evaluation and a passion for advancing product development while supporting safety, effectiveness, and global compliance. Ms. Hurley is excited to join the LSP leadership team and contribute meaningfully to the company’s continued growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Audrey Vitale
RA/QA Advisor; Regulatory Affairs Advisor
Ms. Vitale has 17 years of experience in medical device regulation, including product approvals in the US and EU, and quality system compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, EU Medical Device Directive, and FDA Quality System Regulation.

Ms. Vitale joined LifeScience PLUS after 9 years as Regulatory Affairs Director for Ultracell Medical Technologies, an ophthalmology and ENT device manufacturer, where she was responsible for regulatory affiars, quality assurance, product and manufacturing validation, and quality system development and compliance. Prior to working in the medical device field, Ms. Vitale was a process engineer for Corning, Inc. in their optical fiber manufacturing division. Ms. Vitale has a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a member of the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society, with certification in US Regulatory Affairs.
