Shipping Schedule

Our orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Most orders ship within one to two business days. 

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless instructed otherwise. Tracking information will be available and emailed to you as soon as the item is packaged for shipping. 

Standard Shipping Rates (United States)

Free Standard Shipping in continental United States is offered on most orders* over $150 after discounts. Orders under $150 are changed a flat fee of $8.99.

You will always be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery and are eligible for full refunds. Please contact us at +1 650-565-8172 or email sales@lifescienceplus.com to initiate the return process.

Items that are opened or damaged are not eligible for return.

We will pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility.
